Strength Training
Strength training tones your muscles which looks great and raises your basal metabolism, which causes you to burn more calories 24 hours a day. You'll even burn more calories while sleeping. Strength training can also reverse the natural decline in your metabolism which begins around age 30.

Weight Management

Did you know that the vast majority of people who have lost more than 30 pounds and kept it off for five years or longer have learned to add exercise into their daily lives? Our weight management program will help you lose weight while gaining flexibility, strength and endurance.

Teen Fitness
The USDA recommends at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Is your teen meeting this criteria? With the rate of obesity among teens on the rise, we feel motivated to help. By promoting a healthy lifestyle for your teen you are helping them: maintain a healthy weight, gain more energy and achieve a greater self-worth. If your teen is already into sports and being active, weight training will help them gain strength and help prevent sport injuries. Healthy teens are more likely to become healthy adults. Get them started today.

Postnatal Fitness
Many changes in your body have occurred. Training addresses common abdominal and trunk weaknesses caused by pregnancy. Mom will strengthen her "core" and restore muscle tone. We will help you regain your strength and flexibility.

Seniors Fitness
Learn how to slow and reverse age-related functional decline. Even if you have had an inactive lifestyle, there is good news. It's never too late to improve your health. Research suggests that exercise and physical activity can help you maintain or partly restore your strength, balance, flexibility and endurance.  Exercise may help slow the aging process by preventing or reducing the chances of disease and disability in seniors. Heart disease is one of the major concerns as one ages, as is osteoporosis. So, if you exercise, you can reduce your chances of both. Growing older doesn't mean you have to lose strength or your ability to do everyday tasks. Please remember to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness routine.
