
Breathing in fresh air can do wonders for your emotional and physical well-being. If you are stuck indoors most of the day you will enjoy our outdoor fitness camps. There is nothing quite like exercising in a park environment with people that share your same desire to become or stay fit. We exercise in local parks; such as Valencia Heritage Park and Bridgeport Park. We invite you to come outside and "play" with us.
Outdoor Fitness Camp: (Times: Mon-Fri / 5:30 am, 8:30 am & 6:30 pm)
Our exhilarating fitness camps will take you on a ride like no other. You will not find a boring exercise routine with us. Everyday is a surprise workout. We use different muscle groups every class to ensure you become a "well-balanced" individual.
You will also learn how to eat healthier today and for the rest of your life. You will be asked to track your food intake so we can personally help guide you in attaining healthier eating habits. Food journals are included in our program.
Our instructors will motivate you, push you, and most of all encourage you to reach your personal fitness goals. We are here to
support you but don't get me wrong, our workouts are tough. We've been told they are also very addicting.
One other thing to know; everyone ends up adoring our instructors. So come outside with us, lose some weight, build up your endurance and meet a new friend or two.
