
If you would rather workout indoors instead of outdoors, then we have an exciting indoor fitness camp for you. We have taken our outdoor fitness camp routines and incorporated them to fit indoors. Of course some things will obviously be different but the same goals can be met; it is just the path you take to get there. Indoor Fitness Camp: (Times: TBD - call us)
This camp offers everything our Outdoor Fitness Camp does when it comes to working every muscle in your body. There are no routines here. Everyday brings on a new challenge. By the end of the week, every muscle in your body will have been taken to it's limit.
This exhilarating camp will help improve balance and coordination. You will strengthen your core muscles, boost your metabolism and increase your endurance. It is hard work but you will notice your arms, legs and glutes toning up quickly.
And those are just the physical aspects. The real joy comes from developing a stronger mind/body connection. While building your muscles you will also build your confidence and self-worth.
Nutritional guidance and a food journal are included in our program. You no longer have to go it alone. We want to be here to support you and guide you into transforming into the person you desire to be. We believe you can do it!
